TUSK^TM Asia is the holding company for the Arthit Ourairat Institute ("AOI") schools. AOI has been a pioneer in Thailand's international and bilingual K-12 education sector for over 30 years. The Group currently serves approximately 2,500 students across three campuses, with a new campus scheduled to open in 2025.

Established in 1996 in Phuket, the British International School Phuket (BISP) offers high-quality international education and exceptional sports training programmes, attracting students from more than 60 nationalities worldwide. SBS Rangsit was founded in 2004 with the aim of providing high-quality international bilingual education to local Thai families. SBS International Chiangmai was established in Chiangmai in 2014.
